Scottish Smoked Salmon

Superior slice
Ingredients
- 200g Fumara smoked Scottish salmon
- 50g Lentils
- Leek leaves
- Salt & Olive oil to taste
- 1 tsp Herb sauce
- A few slice of bread for toasting
Cooking Process
- Blanch the leek leaves and fill them with mashed lentils seasoned with a bit of olive oil and salt.
- Place the long slices on the plate.
- Finally, decorate with the herb sauce, cottage cheese and toast.
