Scottish Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 200g Fumara smoked Scottish salmon
  • 50g Lentils
  • Leek leaves
  • Salt & Olive oil to taste
  • 1 tsp Herb sauce
  • A few slice of bread for toasting

Cooking Process

  • Blanch the leek leaves and fill them with mashed lentils seasoned with a bit of olive oil and salt.
  • Place the long slices on the plate.
  • Finally, decorate with the herb sauce, cottage cheese and toast.
