We steam our Fümara Fishburgers because we love the rich, natural taste of fish. Compared to traditional cooking, we have chosen a non-aggressive method, which preserves the raw material and all its valuable nutrients. The recipe is unique because it contains no flavourings, preservatives or colourings.
